Witchy Wearables and Quiet Mice

Yesterday, two of the strangest things happened. The first involved another server at Olive Garden telling me that I'm so quiet at work - like a mouse - that she hardly notices when I'm there. The odd thing about this occurrence is that it's the second server at OG that has told me I'm too quiet. When I called my parents to tell them about this news, each one, respectively, died laughing.

I was voted Most Talkative in high school. It should also be added that the category was added special for me my senior year by a friend of mine in yearbook, and my ENTIRE class voted on me unanimously. Except for me, of course. Needless to say, this has become a fast joke amongst my family. Partner actually said it would be nice if my work persona could show up at home. sigh

Also made of excellence yesterday was my trip to a shop called Witchy Wearables. Somehow, this shop has eluded me over the past 5 months. I have hunted far and wide, gone to great lengths, and I have finally found the most excellent pagan shop. This place has absolutely everything, and, yes, they even sell brooms. I've been having a shopping-gasm for the past 24 hours. I will actually be going back today. So, if you're in the Midlothian, IL area, pop on by Witchy Wearables. Morn, the shopkeeper, will welcome you with a big hug and show you around. They have really high quality merchandise at most excellent prices.

I bought a bloodstone, and am spending the rest of this morning adding it to my BOS. Most. Excellent.

Love and Lyte,
Fire Lyte
